I’ve never had a camera that could do justice to even the “blurry blight” that my worn and aged eyes can capture in a good digital shot of a unique and special sunset, but my Sony QX10 didn’t suck nearly as bad as my iPhone4 would have in a similar situation. The finer point to make here is that once again, though unable to celebrate our 25th anniversay on the day it happened, nor get the Paris dinner we had long fantasized about because of my wife’s health limitations, Providence still found time to bless us with this very special sunset as we sat on the balcony of our hotel room and plotted the strategy for the coming night that would ensure the most delight.
